Above poster is right you want to talk to the recruitment chairs mainly then the president/VP/Exec members and try to talk to most of the kids that are summer signs as well because some houses have the summer signs choose the rest of their PC And yes what are considered "top houses" will rarely sign more than 2 or 3 kids through formal they gotta really have to like you cause they are just trying to fill in the holes of the PC they recruited that summer
