Definitely rush no matter what, and get to WSU early. I know my house has signed guys just the day before formal rush starts because the out of state kid came and met before. Also don't be turned off by top houses don't sign formals. Yeah they don't sign many, but if they like you and see a place for you, then you will get a bid probably. Also a rush tip, talk to the people who matter during formal recruitment. The majority of people there are summer signs or members who don't want to be there. If you're not talking to someone that counts in the house then you myswell not even be talking other than passing time.
