Top houses are the most socially active the hardest to get bids in and the ones that generally have the strongest legacies on campus. For guys this is Beta, Sigma Chi , Teke , and Fiji Alpha Delts is a poor mans beta, Pi kapps struggles at being an imitation of at op house, Zetes tries to be very socially active but doesn't come close to Sig Chi or Teke. For girls the 4 top are Pi Phi, Theta, KD and Gphi
