Main reason is cause Seattle actually has fun sht to do. College towns like Chapel Hill,Ithaca, Pullman are dead with hardly any good bars or clubs so Greek life has to compensate for that. Honestly props to Zeta, I would not waste money on a house here in Seattle. What a sad trend greek life at uw has taken
