For out of state rush there are formal recruitment weeks held during the summer normally around July where you stay on campus and get to know every frat. I’d suggest following uwifc on Instagram to get updates about formal rush events. You can also sign up for the recruitment list on the uwifc website which will give all of the frats your contact info so you can start getting in touch with the rush chairs.
