These Rankings take into account Philanthropy, Parties, Quality of Guys, the physical house, and the trajectory of the house. —“Top”— Zetes / Alpha Delts / Fiji —Upper middle— Sigma Chi / TKE Theta Chi / PiKapps Sigep / Phi Psi TDX / Chi Psi Middle: Pike ASigs Delts / PhiDelts Phi Pools Bottom: SAE / Psi U / ZBT Sigma Nu / KSigs / Theta Xi Phi Tau / Lambdas - Beta ranges from somewhere in upper middle to middle depending on who you ask really but objectively falling the hardest. - Also who knows with Sig Ep's house but I'd put them there as of going into Fall 2019. - Tiers objective/Fraternities can be subjective based on who you ask.
