I ended up dropping houses that I couldn't see myself at after the first day, mostly because the conversations were weak or nothing in particular stuck out to me. I was talking about Rush with one of my best friends in the house I'm in now, and there are multiple houses that I loved but she said those were the first ones she dropped, or vice versa--even though we both ended up in the same house. What you have to remember is that you will experience each house differently than everyone else!! Keep an open mind. :)
