1. Pike- good brothers, nice house, good sorority relations 2. Sig chi- Have trended downward a little bit but still have good brothers, nice house, and good sorority relations 3. Phi delt- haven’t heard much about them lately but still safe to say they claim the #3 spot 4. Kappa sig- new house just like what pike and sig chi have, good brothers, decent sorority relations 5. Sig ep- lost their house on campus and their new house at the retreat isn’t really considered a house, decent brothers and sorority relations 6. Alpha sig- fell off a little bit but are still maintaining, decent brothers and sorority relations 7. ZBT- still have on campus house, brothers are either really cool or goobs, decent sorority relations 8. DTD- house at the retreat is kinda lame but better than bottom tier frats houses, brothers aren’t that great and neither are their sorority relations The rest are bad in all categories
