<strong>Subject:</strong><br />Why Greek is Good <br /><br /> Poster Message:
Greek is a great place to grow as a person and meet a group of people you can connect with. It’s not the same as a friendship, it’s a sisterhood/brotherhood. It is also a great way to put yourself out there and learn social skills. But something that they do to help others outside of Greek is volunteer work, and raising money for charity. We have philanthropies that earn an insane amount of money for various charities that our organization is partnered with (service for sight, St. Jude, etc). All of the fraternities and sororities show out for the causes and it’s a great thing to see. Greek also provides a social life/party scene, while still providing and promoting high GPA (you have to maintain a certain GPA to be in Greek). It is something you join and you are a part of for life, and will be able to use on resumes and can help you get a job in the future. Especially if your conducting interviews with someone who was in the same sorority or fraternity. Greek life has so many benefits it’s hard to put them in a short post. You’re just a part of something bigger than yourself, while giving back to the community and forming lifelong bonds.
