Can someone please tell me why Phi Delt is still relevant. To put in perspective these guys haven’t had a social presence in 3 semesters, terrible recruitment classes all three of those semester and for some reason they’re have been bragging about their apartment style “house” like it was just built. I’m just confused as to how they have been ranking themselves as top tier and everyone is still going along with it, when realistically speaking they haven’t done anything since the face of their fraternity (Eugene and Manny) graduated. Without mentioning your house, tell us something you guys have done to be considered top tier besides self ranks...
