Emphasis on “bad parties”, Parties are meant as a celebration of accomplishment, name some other fraternities who are out accomplishing things. Ps. The only other top fraternities that could rival Sig Chi all have the same tailgate lot, Gasparilla lot, same bar presence, and almost equal housing. They socially are equal. The thing that sets them apart and pushes them above the rest is community impact and trendsetting. Don’t see the others winning IM’s or Philanthropies
