What ohhoney said ^^ If your posts include a lot of pictures where you're drinking or appear to be and if your retweets and likes are all about drinking at the very least you'll come off immature and low class. This isn't to say if you drink sororities aren't for you lmao because most of the girls in every sorority drink BUT being stupid about your social media is a huge red flag. This is true for every sorority in each tier! If anyone is telling you differently they're lying. You don't have to make your stuff public but it's not a bad idea. Have cute pictures on instagram that showcase your personality. If you have one or two likes on twitter about alcohol or whatever it's not a huge thing but if 80 percent of your twitter is that then either delete or make private. Be aware though that someone who knows someone might still be able to see it.
