Pi Phi is at the top, you could argue either AXO or Tri delt as top as well. Tri Delt had a good recruitment last year and rose and AXO is suspended so they fell. This recruitment season will be where we see which house gets the better pledge class There's no "middle" chapter really. KD and Theta are both lower middle, KD has no house and theta has gotten a really bad pledge class for the past few years. ADPi is bottom.
