1. Legacy status does matter much any more. It used to guarantee top of bid list with some houses if you made it to pref, and automatic invite back early rounds. Not any more. 2. Make up your own mind about Kappa during recruitment. Don't listen to this site (...or idiot frat guys). I am in a different house, but I have made some friends in Kappa, and they are great girls. They have a great sisterhood and focus on academics. Ultimately go with the house that you vibe with best.
