@Whoa is correct. At SEC schools women who rush really want to have the Sorority experience, so if they get into one of the bottom 3 they're still happy and do everything they can to elevate their chapters. Those bottoms are full of wonderful women who work really hard at making their experience just as good as anyone elses. This is not the case at UVA, but could be. All it would take would be 5 to 10 amazing women each to take a risk and transform those chapters into what UVA women are looking for. Sad that ISC doesn't care about those bottom 3 sororities, they do nothing to build them up or support them. The problem lies with ISC, not the National Org, there is no Panhellenic spirit here!
