Wow. This is so very helpful, thank you!! I really appreciate the level of detail you provided. In terms of the ranked PNM list - if the chapters have some definite yeses, definite no’s, and lots in the middle… how do they go about generating their ranked list? Like if they see 200 girls, do they have a big chapter discussion with input from everyone and then that results in the girls literally being ranked from 1-200? It would seem the middle group would be touch to rank (like numbers 51-150 for example). Does the discussion get to that level of detail? Like who should be 55 and therefore might move up if others drop, and who should be 150, and likely stands no chance? (I am making up numbers but I’m sure you understand the question).
