FOA is just an agreement where the school recognizes the chapter if they are willing to follow the rules laid out in the agreement. By following those rules, fraternities are allowed benefits of being in the IFC, which includes structured rush (access to the full rushee list) within the university, risk management programming, and official chapter GPA reports. KA and Fiji had their FOAs suspended for 4 years, at which time their nationals can apply to be recognized by the university. KA is still with their nationals, and I’m pretty sure Fiji is operating as an independent org. The other suspensions are more short term, but they can easily get extended if those chapters don’t honor them
