Since implementing RFM, we have seen the average open house pool (OHP) of PNMs matched grow to nearly 80 percent for all campuses, compared with the old law of averages formula, when the percentage of OHP matched was significantly lower, Generally, 85 percent to 95 percent of the PNMs are matched with their first preference on their membership recruitment acceptance binding agreement (MRABA) under the RFM.
