unless you have friends in sororities already who can pull you in, you're gonna have a rough time. second year quota is very small, so you're going to be at a disadvantage. source: rushed as a second year, it was awful, my roommate had the same experience. the only people i know who rushed successfully as second years had very close friends in the sororities they joined.
