lol. i literally laughed at your post. " top tiers tend to have the strongest nationals." That's definitely not true, especially at UVA. Chi O, KD and ADPi are very strong nationally yet aren't top tier at UVA. At other public schools, the top tiers vary constantly. Just some examples... At University of Tennessee: the top tiers are Phi Mu/DDD (bottom is PiPhi) At UNC Chapel Hill : the top tiers are: KD, DDD, XO and ADPI (bottom is Kappa) At Ole Miss: the top tiers are: KD, XO, DDD At Alabama: the top tiers are: AXO, Phi Mu, Kappa (bottom is Theta) This clearly disputes your argument. #sorry
