The original question was about how top tiers recruit and I understand Theta and Kappa pick girls they know or have a lot of money. But what about the other top tiers like Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Aphi and DG? Is it looks? Grades? Involvement? I would appreciate some practcal advice on how to best approach the process. If I don't know anyone in these sororitys what is the best way to meet them? Thanks!
