Don't rush just for parties, that's a bad idea. Rush to get brothers/sisters, then the parties that do happen will be more fun. That being said, if you know the right people it's lit. House parties happen and we're close to Baltimore which has a ton of good areas for going out. Fed hill, fells, inner harbor and power plant.
