There is none. They're all great sisterhoods and not one is "above" the other. Ranks really aren't real and the people that care about them need to grow up. They're just created to make people feel better about themselves by having other chapters ranked lower than theirs, but tbh every chapter has good and bad qualities and you really can't judge them based on these "ranks"
