i agree with what the above person said; you should go into recruitment with an open mind, if you only want the top two houses you might be missing out on another house that could really work for you. that being said, the real difference between theta and alpha phi is the personalities of girls and qualities they rush based on. theta is consistently the top GPA and recruit pretty, well rounded girls. they make very heavy cuts the first two days based off grades. Alpha Phi recruits the hottest, fun party girls, kind of stereotypical sorority types and they don't care much about GPA during rush. both houses have amazing girls, just different. If you're interested in theta, you'll probably like Gphi too, and if you like alpha phi, you might like AXO as well. every chapter has amazing girls, try to go into it with some more options!
