You're going to get pretty similar answers reguardless The top in my opinion are AEpi SAE and Kappa Sigma (in no particular order). I'm basing the rankings off of 1. DG, alpha phi and theta (top tier) associate primarily with these 3 fraternities. And 2. AEpi SAE and kappa sigma have thrown the "largest" or "most popular" parties. While SAE may throw the largest parties, maybe AEpi has a better social standing with theta. Get it? Just a small example. They're all top tier in my opinion.
