Two very different houses imo. Dg is top tier and mixes with top frats. Pretty girls that are chill and get good grades. House is in a great location on the hill near other srats and frats. Cross rushes with other top tier houses. I’ve heard complaints about their exec but tbh almost every house complains about their exec so idk Theta also has a nice house but it’s far away from everyone else. They also get good grades but are known to be socially awkward. I found them really hard to talk to during rush. The good news is that the house is very diverse and LGBTQ friendly if that is what you are looking for. They have their own events but don’t get invited to a ton of things by frats. They used to be stronger a few years ago but they have extended bids to a lot of really weird girls for last fall rush and this spring rush. Both g phi and theta had large spring pc’s and full on spring bid days which is a sign that they might be struggling with retention. Best thing to do is check out both houses so you can form your own opinions
