It just isn't very cohesive , the posts should have high-quality, authentic visuals (need to rely on members to send in photos - so all actives need to step up to help too) that show genuine sisterhood, diversity, and key events like philanthropy or social gatherings (hard to do in the summer - I know). Use engaging captions that tell a story (this is important!), highlighting values, and encourage interaction through questions or calls to action. Use a mix of relevant hashtags and location tags and maintain consistent posting (important) to keep followers engaged, especially during recruitment (like this summer!). There's so much info on how to do this right (hell, use Chat GPT to ask what make a good insta post) even if you aren't a comms major, but it definitly takes time/work and it just look like that isn't being done. But, saying all that, social media is hard, it's a big job and I hpe that there are a team working on it not just one person.
