honestly you just have to be yourself. each house is looking for something different so there's no perfect way to structure your application. but, if you want your best possible chance at getting as many houses back as you can, look at each houses instagrams and look at who they have tagged and try to base your social media off theirs. but PLEASE dont do this in a way that makes you feel like you're not being yourself, you dont want to join a house that didnt like you for you. its also not a bad idea to reach out to girls you know are in sororities at boulder and ask them for advice, worst case they'll tell you they cant talk about it but at least you'll be on their radar. but you just have to remember that being in a "top" house is nowhere near as valuable as being in the house thats best for you, go into it with an open mind and have fun!! good luck and GO GREEK!!!!
