I don’t totally disagree with your comments on a successful rush with one exception. If based on that criteria, pi phi was way above alpha phi this year. They shouldn’t be tied - pi phi was clearly better (this isn’t really a debate at Cu). So I would be ok with the rankings if alpha phi fell below pi phi (which I suspect won’t happen because this was written by an alpha phi).
