They are struggling with the new ban on all drinking and already had a huge amount of brothers/pledges drop or go early alumni because of this. Obviously a fraternity is about more than just parties but it is a huge incentive for people to join, why not reward yourself after studying hard all semester? It is shocking to see his far they have fallen.
