The rankings you see on this site that have zeta next to gphi are ridiculous and clearly done by sk tridelt or delta sig. Zeta is a great house, the girls just don't feel the need to come on GR and self rank constantly. The recent confusion about their ranking based on good experiences during rush vs. seeing them talked badly about on GR is because other mid tier houses rank them 'low' out of jealousy and zetas don't do anything about it because they don't see it. If you look at what frats they mix with, you'll see that their frat pairings are much better than ds, tridelt theta etc. frats consider them better than sk. If you want accurate rankings look at a few months ago before the other mid houses started spamming GR and don't listen to the bs you see on here lol
