Suggest a quick google search for "University of Michigan Alpha Phi Recruitment" and it will tell you everything you need to know about how APhi national sets recruitment guidelines and standards for their chapters. All PNMs are 'ranked' and this rank carries through your entire time in the house. Low ranked members don't recruit and are relegated to the basement/kitchen and lowly tasks and don't meet PNMs. If you are 'good' with this type of treatment of women in the year 2020 then by all means feel free to join the 'shady ladies'! Seriously, the APhi recruitment guidelines (which are national BTW) set women back 200 years!
