They usually release information on the panhellenic website. I used to see some spring rushees at zta and gphi and I'm not sure exactly but I heard last year tridelt did spring rush too. Try checking each house's website and/or Instagram and get in contact with their recruitment chairs. Information should be on the website before spring semester starts though.
