They lost their house. There is some talk with the landowners to be able to rent the house for recruitment -- not sure if they plan on being open about the fact they will not have a house in the foreseeable future. ADPI will be a great option if you never plan to live in, don't really care about having meals provided -- would be a great fit for certain PNMs, and for others this is definitely something to consider
