<strong>Subject:</strong><br />general frat vibezzz 2018/2019 for upper tier frats<br /><br /> Poster Message:
SAE: Struggled a lot last semester but bounced back in a big way. They are definitely a contender for top house. South Seas was fun but not amazing. However, their consistency with parties this semester was what I needed. Sophomore class is 10/10 and freshman fall guys are pretty good but no clue who is in their spring class. KA: Strong first semester while everybody else was on probation. Second semester they didn't seem to do much. I met some of the guys in both their pledge classes this year and they were alright. However, it's really the Sophomores that are holding the house down at the moment. Zete: Literally did almost nothing first semester but had some good smaller events. Had a good spring semester that was helped out by a good spring class. I normally would never hu with a freshman but that Ben Skinner guy is an exception. DKE: Their fall pledge class had some really cool guys. Spring class was somewhat weird though. Just wish they could stay off probation. Fiji: They had a big fall pledge class that was consistent with the white, lacrosse player reputation of their house. They didn't have an amazing year as a whole but I feel like they're going be contending for top house next year. Phi Psi: I honestly felt like Phi Psi was on the come-up until they got put on probation for almost all of the second semester. I went to one of their first semester Wine Wednesday's and it was kinda fun. They have a pretty good Sophomore class. Their fall freshman class was also decent but very hit or miss with some of the guys. No clue if they even have a spring class. Pike: Fall class was big, that's all I really know about them. I haven't been to one of their parties since freshman year, but they didn't seem to improve much as a house this year. Sig Chi: Too much probation (like Phi Psi) to really make any name for themselves. I don't even know if they had pledges this year. Derby Days was still my favorite philo event though. Delta Chi: Somehow ended up at their Cal Day and honestly, it was a good time. Other than that I've only ever been once. Some of the guys seemed nice and others seemed weird. They have improved a bit from last year, however.
