Maybe if these girls who feel they had so much to offer would go through COB at Gamma Phi, see other girls like themselves (who dropped because they did not get one of the top houses), and see that together they could re-enfuse the Gamma Phi with some new blood and a more competitive feel, things could turn around. Otherwise, I foresee Gamma Phi nationals shutting down the chapter for several years (putting current members in alumni status), and starting from scratch. No way in hell are they going to give up that prime real estate and such a historical chapter.
