^ agreed. girls in top houses have a toxic mindset and believe that in order to stay “top” they need to recruit 99% white girls. unfortunately the language surrounding recruitment gets twisted and you’ll hear girls say things like certain people aren’t the right “fit” or “character” or that they’d “do better in another house.” but when the outcome almost exclusively results in an all-white pledge class, it becomes clear there are both conscious and unconscious biases at work. and when this happens year over year, not being the “right fit” is reasonably translated to not being white (and rich,skinny,etc.). houses like sk, zta, and even chi omega are now more diverse. they’re still just as fun and have lots of beautiful girls
