I'm an incoming freshman and Iv been reading this site the last week or so and this is what I gather: Top houses are generally: KA, SAE Sometimes DKE or Fiji Upper Middle houses are generally: PIKE, Phi Psi, Delta Chi Sometimes Sigma Nu or ATO Middle Houses are generally: Chi Phi, Phi Tau, AEPi Sometimes Pi Kapp or Theta Chi What is the difference between these houses? I think at most colleges the rankings don't really matter because there aren't many weird kids frats. I'm assuming that at Cal the lower the house the more nerds? Is that it? Please explain because I can get along with anybody but I don't want to join a house that doesn't exchange with hot girls.
