So glad you have been performing your due diligence in working as a leader amongst "the system" to change it and root-out the evils you perceive. Change comes from those willing to work for it, you appear willing to work for it, and have volunteered you time and efforts within the Cal panhel system to improve it and sweep-out what you know is wrong. As you say, actions speak louder than words.
