the above person is clearly in phi psi... the top frats dont have 27 pledges because they dont give 27 bids. if fiji sae or zete wanted they could get like 40 pledges, but they dont bid GDIs like phi psi does and the fact that you think getting invite bids makes you a good house is laughable
