They’re a colony so probably recruiting from all grades. To be honest, I think they will have a rough first year since it’s going to be almost all online or limitied in person interaction on top of the fact that they are new. They have no sisters to recruit, only reps from their national organization who will basically start the whole chapter and pick the leaders and control everything for the first few years. There will be pros and cons like to everything, but it’s a dive roll. The pros are that you will have the pride of starting something. The con is that it could take sororities a long time to recruit up to the amount of girls a typical chapter has, and since everyone is picked at once by a small group of people that aren’t college students it’s a pretty random group of people and will take awhile to build a rep or get any sort of social life.
