If you're just rushing for parties like adult swim and don't care about bringing anything to the brotherhood, I don't think any frat, forget the top ones, would want to bid you. But to answer your question, it's 50/50. They probably have half the spots already filled based on their CT/NJ/NY/PA/MA prep school ties. The other half of the spots (prob < 10 for fall) are open, but they're super competitive. You really gotta stand out and put your impression from day 1. Good luck
