Why do you think "dirty rush" is a thing with girls and the "top frats" already have their freshman targets set before September starts? Go to a school without official Greek life. There is no difference except less hazing. Hot girls and douche bros form their own groups. It happens in the dorms long before rush or recruitment. You're like an old man yelling at a cloud here.
