There's a huge loophole here. If you really think Sig Ep would have off campus parties without DG you're insane. If DG is off campus Sig Chi would give 0 fs about above ground. The school needs to NOT kick DG off. Legit everything will go ghost if DG is gone. They're the only thing keeping the Greek system alive
