This isn't a tier ranking, it's the ranking of how often members of these chapters give a crap and go on this site. Alpha phi is at the top because they're spamming this site. Chi omega was the top chapter to spam this site at one point but now alpha phi takes the cake and so on. Basically yes op this is very accurate but not as far as rankings on popularity, but rathe rankings on how often chapters will self rank
