Can't decide if this is a PM or an ADP who wrote this, or maybe a PP or ZTA, but all the pledge classes will have a lot of pretty girls and ALL will have the same amount of those who are not. Those from the second group that you see and wear their letters are in groups who are secure within themselves and allow all the girls to identify with their groups. There are plenty in some groups who are hidden and you only see them as a group when they come together. Good luck to all!
