What's the deal with Theta Chi? When you hear people talk around campus, you only hear them talk about the top 4 (KA SAE SNU FIJI), and sometimes they throw Beta in there. I've never heard theta chi mentioned as a top house except for on this website. I know that they have lots of parties, but none of the girls in top sororities that I know have ever gone. What's their actual reputation?
