There's a sorority that's a little newer that is unable to make cuts after the first round due to low retention rates, even during this past year, when we had a record number of girls go through recruitment. That does not mean that they give bids to everyone- there is still a set quota- but they are also normally able to take more girls due to having a fair amount of girls drop. But it does mean that many girls who have been cut by other sororities do have one left towards the end and are able to continue the recruitment process.
