Trending down: SAE - rush starting slow isn't a good sign, their quality will probably decrease as they feel the pressure of getting as many pledges as the other top houses will. They will most certainly take kids they usually wouldn't the close rush gets to ending Sig Ep - their reputation has been on the decline for the past 2 years. Blowing money on rappers last year doesn't seem to be helping them with rush so far. We'll see with them Lambda Chi - like Theta Chi they will probably spend a lot of money on big name artist to bring people to their house but I think the quality of brothers will continue to fall here. I don't like the strategy of taking anyone to get back to where they were before probation Phi Delt - being on social probation will make it harder for that place to grow when they need it
