I'll give my opinion on how I think each house will do during the fall that I know about Don't know enough about them to have an opinion: Delta Sig, AGR, Pike, Phi Tau, DTD Trending up - Theta Chi - you know they'll throw big name parties, continue Thirsty Thursdays, and end up with another big pledge class - Beta - I list them because they're supposed to have Waka Flocka with ATO in the fall and that will be the first time they've had a big party in years since they went broke - KA - new party shed and Thomas Rhett will probably be good for them to improve from last year - Sigma Pi - their new party barn should be positive for them, and if they continue to grow their reputation on campus in a positive way I could see them separating themselves as an upper tier fraternity by next spring
